How to cancel my Finplan subscription?

Want to cancel your paid Finplan subscription? The process depends on where you subscribed: on Android (Google Play), on iOS (App Store) or on the website.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

Canceling does not end your access right away. You keep all the benefits of the paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for.

After that, the subscription simply does not renew.

How to cancel on Android (Google Play)?

1. Open the Google Play app on your phone
2. Tap your profile icon, in the top right corner
3. Select Payments & subscriptions
4. Tap Subscriptions
5. Select your Finplan subscription
6. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions

How to cancel on iOS (App Store)?

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
2. Tap your name, at the top of the screen
3. Select Subscriptions
4. Tap your Finplan subscription
5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm

You can also reach the same screen from the App Store app, by tapping your profile icon and then Subscriptions.

How to cancel on the web (appfinplan.com)?

If you subscribed directly on the website, go to appfinplan.com and log in with the same login credentials you use in the app.

Go to the Subscription screen and click Cancel subscription. You will be redirected to Stripe, which handles the cancellation.

I subscribed through one platform, can I cancel through another?

No. Cancellation always has to be done on the same platform where you subscribed.

If you subscribed through Google Play, cancellation is only through Google Play. If it was through the App Store, it is only through the App Store. And if it was through the website, it is only through the website.
