How to record a credit card refund?

Open the command palette and choose the "Card refund" option. Then fill in the fields:

  1. Select the card and enter the refund amount
  2. Choose the date, with the Today and Yesterday shortcuts, and mark it as Paid or Pending
  3. Choose the Bill where the amount will be deducted
  4. Write a Description, for example the store name
  5. Select the category and, if you want, the subcategory
  6. Confirm the entry

When everything works, Finplan shows the message "Refund added!".

How to edit a refund?

Find the refund in the card statement and choose edit. The "Edit refund" screen has the same fields as the entry. When you save, "Refund updated!" appears.
