What are the signup options on Finplan?

There’s more than one way to sign up in Finplan. Below we explain how to do it with each option so you can choose the one that works best for you.

Signing up with the Finplan App

By downloading the app from Google Play or the Apple App Store, you can sign up on your own.

With this signup method using email and password, you will need to enter the following initial information:

• Full name

• Email address

• Password

After that, you’ll receive an authentication link in your email to confirm your account.

Just click that link and your account will be confirmed so you can log in. 

Didn't receive a confirmation email?

• Make sure the email was entered correctly during signup.

• You can try logging in with the correct email.

• If the email had already started the signup, the confirmation link will be resent when attempting to log in.

It says my email is already registered

If you don’t remember signing up before, but the system indicates that your email is already registered, try resetting your password.

If the issue persists, please contact support through the channels available in the website footer to claim your email address.
